We proudly present to you our Fall & Winter menu of 2022/2023!
In a similar fashion to last season’s menu, we wanted to keep things fun and innovative. We are moving from an Asian Cinema-inspired theme, towards an Asian Music-inspired theme!
Every staff was tasked to draw inspiration from a variety of Asian genre music. This challenged our staff to dive into the culture of Asia, dig deep into the history of the song, the lyrics, and the historical periods pertaining to a specific song.
We are believers that Music Therapy is an evidence-based treatment that helps with a variety of disorders including cardiac conditions, depression, autism, substance abuse and Alzheimer's disease. It can help with memory, lower blood pressure, improve coping, reduce stress, improve self-esteem and more. So it was only right that 52Remedies prescribe you adequate libations & nourishments, along with lyrical suggestions, #foryourailments!!!
MENU
(Fall/Winter)
(2022/2023)
VISION
A different approach to fulfilling nourishments. This season our Chef and culinary team want you to think “Family Style Meal”, a common Asian culture where sharing is caring. At a typical Asian dinner, there can be anywhere from 10-12 dishes on the table. There will generally be a handful of cold dishes typically served chilled or at room temperature. Then there will also be eight to ten dishes of heated food items. Regardless of how many dishes you order, the essence is to explore the connection of food, family, friends, culture, and community through heartwarming stories and a delicious meal.
